Joni I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I just got word that George Loades passed away yesterday sept 22nd I know you (we) went back a long ways with george from the 85 nationals you with the stampede board and myself more recently with the real estate board. It would have been nice to see you but I can’t imagine how busy you are when you come back to calgary. Di is on the mend from her broken hip and partial replacement don’t think I told you about that.

Merry Christmas from Victoria. Sorry I missed you Rodger when you were here but I was going “down” the coast for most of Sept and Oct. Six trips all good. Let me know when you are going to Saltspring and we will hook up. We talk about NZ and Austrailia for Dahlia shows but because of Teresa Parents can’t get away for much more than a week.
