Another year has passed since our last Christmas letter and it is amazing how much the Allard family can pack into 365 days.

Let me bring you up to date on what has been happening with us since we left in August. We departed Chestermere and went to Victoria, BC to pick up the rest of our stuff in storage from our previous boat. From Victoria we traveled to Sandpoint, Idaho to visit friends and then on to Laguna Beach, CA where we have rented a condo while we complete the commissioning process. This wonderful condo overlooks the ocean and we have watched some beautiful sunsets and panoramic views across the stretch of Pacific Ocean to Catalina Island. Kimberly and I had some great times on the beach which is just a flight of stairs down from the condo. Hi from the Allard family

Well thats right, we are still in California, still working on the boat, still here!!!!!  BUT, we are very close to leaving for Mexico within a few days.  Keep posted to the new blog and I will let you know when we have left for sure. 

A big thanks to Dave for taking so much of his time to set up this new blog, we hope everyone enjoys it.
